Refund policy

RETURNS


Leyda Wear accept returns and exchanges provided it is within 5 working days of receipt of your items and that the inner plastic bag is in unopened.

If you wish to change an item or make a return of your order, you must contact us first via info@leydawear.com. Please fill in the subject line with your order number.

All items must be returned unopened, unworn, not tailored and as sold with all tags intact i.e., the same condition in which we sent it in – unworn and unwashed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we may have to send it back to you. The product must be well wrapped so that neither the product nor the packaging/carton in which it is contained in is damaged.

For unpicked packages with a value of goods under 500 SEK, we will deduct 195 SEK on your refund, for unpicked packages with goods value above 500 SEK, we will deduct 395 SEK on your refund to cover occurred costs. If you have chosen to pay with one of our credit solutions through Klarna, the above amount will remain on your invoice/partial payment depending on the value of your order. Therefore, remember to always collect your orders within 14 days of your parcel arriving at the postal service.

REFUND

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. We cannot refund to an account other than the account from which the payment was made.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you have not received a refund on approved return, please contact us at  info@leydawear.com.

 

EXCHANGE RIGHTS


We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a damaged item, please send an email to

DAMAGED GOODS

When it comes to any complaints, Leyda Wear AB follows the recommendations of
The Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket)
. For more information about these recommendations visit,  www.konsumentverket.se. If an item is defective, you have the right under Swedish law to claim a refund. Contact us at  info@leydawear.com to let us know about your case.
