Order Management & Lead Time

All orders are processed within 1 working day. If we experience a large order volume, deliveries can be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping price & Delivery Calculations

Free shipping within Sweden.

Estimation of delivery time:

  • Sweden: 1-3 working days.
  • EU:  3-5 working days.
  • International: 10 working days depending on where you live, more accurate estimation will be shown on the checkout page.

Norway

If you live in Norway or for any reason want to place an order to Norway, please contact us at info@leydawear.com for cost suggestions. The reason for this is because Norway and Sweden have other rules regarding shipping and customs.

Customs rules to Norway and costs

Despite the geographical proximity to Norway, it is not entirely easy to send parcels there or to other countries outside the EU. There are restrictions on what you can send - for example, medicines and food are not allowed - and you must clear your goods with the correct export document.Norska tullen, Tolletaten, can answer exactly what may be brought in across the border.

When selling a product to Norway, the Norwegian post office incurs costs for administration, customs and VAT. It will be an extra cost for the recipient. If we send as a company to a private individual, the import limit is NOK 350. Lower values ​​are not cleared through customs.

Order Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirming your delivery once your order has been shipped with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Leyda Wear AB is responsible for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you have had your order damaged, please contact info@leydawear.com and we will respond to you as soon as we can with a solution. Take a picture of the damaged product and save all packaging material of the damaged goods before claiming.
